As well as being cooked, eaten and enjoyed by myself and my wife I have invited many of my cousins and friends in the UK and worldwide to cook, taste and review the recipes on this page. Click HERE to see the invite email I sent to family and friends.

This site aims to make it easy to share the recipes with you and to inspire you to try them yourself.  Go on, try it, you won’t regret it. It’s true, if I can do it anyone can. I didn’t know how to use a cooker until I was in my 60’s.  Share your thoughts and useful comments with me too. Click on the NAMES to see the recipe.
