Pasta with Fresh Tomatoes and Peppers / Pasta alla crudaiola

This recipe is based on one from the Puglia region of Italy.

Imagine you, shaded from the summer sun, on a veranda, with family and friends. You are in Puglia and nearby someone says, What shall we have for dinner? You answer pronto. Let’s make a simple pasta meal with fresh raw local tomatoes and peppers! you say. Yes! what a good idea, is the collective response. You see a picture in your mind. I wish I had a recipe!
